Wow, I online ordered 3 dozen long stem roses for VD and I was blown away by not only by the presentation and quality of these amazing flowers, but mostly by the service and care. I decided to pick them up as was worried they would be jammed for the holiday and delivery time would be bad. However, to my surprise, I got a call from the shop the day before VD and they told me it was highly recommended they be delivered since the arrangement was big and delicate. They went on to schedule the delivery and do it complementary since I was struggling to find my CC. You don't get service like this almost anywhere these days. They really cared and took the initiative to call me without even asking. I was so very impressed, they have a lifetime customer after this! BTW, Kiki was completely blown out of the water by the arrangement, she actually began to cry the flowers were so gorgeous just like her.
